Doleo Æternus
2003 to present
Rooted in the history and tradition of North Indian rāga performance, Doleo Æternus is an effort to create a completely modern composition defined in the same way as a rāga.
The basic score is made up of a series of six chords composed in 2003 that have paved the way for numerous compositions.
While there is only one Doleo Æternus, the quantity of works it has spawned is substantial.
